    Having the Council discuss findings of a Santa Clara Civil Grand Jury report is plain common sense, especially in an election year. If I was an opponent running against an incumbent Council member who voted against this agenda item I'd make that a center piece of my candidacy: "Incumbent Councilor XX wants to ignore key Santa Clara County Civil Grand Jury findings! If I were elected I would want a public discussion of Grand Jury findings! Vote for me!"
