Just to be clear, Kirk Vartan is the "special advisor to the Mayor" - therefore, he should announce himself as such when giving his presentation. It is quite disrespectful for him to approach the podium and pretend to be a member of the public. This man clearly lacks morals and ethics. Just look at the way he attends council meetings for the sole purpose to harass council member Becker. It's pathetic of him.
