    I live at 277 Bel Ayre Drive...kitty-corner to proposed project. Not against it. Concerns: 1) Drive-Thru/Restaurant Hours. Too early and too late....basically open 24 hours. 2) Noise from drive-thru kiosks. 3) Lighting for those of us adjacent and in back of facility. 4) Delivery days/hours for supplies & trash pick-up. 4) Traffic on Harold Avenue. Note: Mishiyamato Pre-School at 52 Harold Avenue.
