    Dear Council Members,

    I recently toured the site at 1231 Comstock Ave in Santa Clara. It is in front of the Kenneth
    substation and just down the street from one of Silicon Valley’s power stations. The site has
    high voltage power lines overhead and faces the Central Expressway. This is why I believe
    it would be an ideal site for a Prime Data Center.

    Further, I am happy to hear Prime Data Center is going to use renewable & having donated to SCUSD $50k.
