    Dear City Officials,
    With the 2026 World Cup approaching, Santa Clara faces international exposure. The blight, RV camps, and dumping on Lafayette St, Hope Drive and Bassett Street don't reflect our values.
    Action needed before global showcase:
    ✅ Install No RV Parking/Dumping signs
    ✅ Increase cleanups/washing to mitigate human wastes
    ✅ Add cameras/parking delineators to deter long term parking
    Let's present Santa Clara as world-class, not plagued by safety and sanitation issues.
