6. 25-354 Public Hearing: Opportunity for Public Comment on the First Version of the DRAFT 2025-2030 Consolidated Plan & FY 25/26 Annual Action Plan for the Use of Federal Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Grant Funds
The draft Con Plan is a comprehensive document that lays out the City’s priority needs-including an ambitious homeless strategy to stabilize the 461 individuals in the City currently experiencing homelessness, but also those at risk of becoming homeless. As a recipient of CDBG funds to support counseling services for low to extremely low income youth and families, Bill Wilson Center thanks the City for its continued recognition of mental health services as a key component of housing stability.
