As a resident of the bay area and California, I believe that any agenda item that increases the density of housing and builds more homes is of paramount importance. Changing the zoning from "Very Low Density Residential" to "Low Density Residential" in order to build more townhomes is nothing but beneficial and these actions are necessary to help fix the housing crisis
