    The report on this item says nothing about whether the Stadium Authority will be paying for services and product that is being allocated to the Super Bowl and to the World Cup. Have field modification, repair and renewal been charged to those event sponsors separately? If not, why is the Stadium Authority subsidizing the NFL and FIFA?
