    The Stadium Authority “Bills and Claims” report shows payments to the 49ers Management Company for April 2026. How come City staff can track payments and services rendered to the 49ers but not payments from the 49ers required under the Super Bowl contract? Staff's refusal to report on repayment by the Host Committee under the Super Bowl agreement is extremely suspicious.
