    The "park" is tiny. Visually it's a rectangle 1/2 the size of one top-down building-rectangle, and there are ~13+ building rectangles. Its actual size is 1/11 of a football field, not enough for 300-450 residents, let alone neighbors, to use. There will be children on-site? They need an outdoor real grass play area. Either move the buildings to increase park space or put growing plants on top of the buildings. Yes, we need housing. But it should generate well-being, not depression.
