    As the AVP of University Operations for SCU, I write on behalf of the University. SCU supports projects that add critical housing to the area. We support this project with the pedestrian safety enhancements identified in the Conditions of Approval (COA) implemented. Specifically, this includes incorporating left-turn phasing for the east and west-facing lights at the intersections of El Camino Real and Franklin St./Palm Dr. and El Camino Real and Campbell Ave./Accolti Way.
