    I would like to draw the Council's and the Architectural/Planning Commission's attention to a nearby city's excellent plan, covering exactly the type of planning desired for the Tasman East Specific Plan, complete with various streets/lanes for various types of traffic (foot, bike, public transit, small & large motor, etc.), as well as for adequate parking garages.
