I've sent many MySantaClara requests over the years. Some things are fixed the same day, and the rest are addressed within a week or two. Sometimes it must feel like I'm following city staff around, because somebody's shoe is untied.
Even more remarkable, however rare the remarks, are the requests we never need to send, about streets and other city facilities that just work. So thank you to the staff who keeps the city working.
