Agenda Item
2.N 20-536 Adoption of a New Resolution of Intention With a Revised Public Hearing Date of June 9, 2020 for Parking Maintenance District No. 122 - Franklin Square [Council Pillar: Deliver and Enhance Quality Efficient Services and Infrastructure]
I realize that this will be heard on June 9th but I am very concerned that the City General Fund is subsidizing over 90% of the maintenance at the Franklin Mall and that this is costing the General fund $155,571. I wonder how many other situations like this exist in the City. I recommend that the City comprehensively review all of those maintenance agreements. Given that this is District #122, it suggests to me that there are at least 122 such districts.
