    The Resolution lacks vision; The City has been unable to see solutions besides BB (buses, bikes). Solutions should include other modes of transport - electric 2-seat vehicles, electric scooters/bikes/skateboards, etc. - as well as appropriate roadway laws/lanes. Some workers need to carry tools (e.g. contruction/house-cleaning) and their work places change. So buses or bikes won't work. As there is no farmers market near me, I drive to one and must carry 4-6 bags groceries. Imagination please!
