I support this citizen request and action for council to approve actions for our city management to begin talks for relocation of the County Courthouse on Homestead Road, corner of Main Street beginning September 2020. Two meetings per month with at least two volunteer citizens represented until a plan is assembled to relocate the county courthouse. This action is required by the precise plan to go forward with our downtown. Donna West
