Being a landlord is the only business that is expected to give away its product for free, which is exactly what the City eviction moratorium is forcing us to do. The Judicial Council gave the City 5 months to find a solution for its residents and City Council has has FAILED. The City doesn't work for free and neither should we, so rip off the bandaid and let the cards fall where they may. If not, we sue the City to compensate us for providing our services and it won't be cheap.
