    It seems strange that the agenda item states that quote "Downtown Revitalization was already in progress and that the relocation of the courthouse was not part of this effort". I believe that relocation of the courthouse could very well allow us to build a better downtown and that to take relocation off the table would be a mistake. Please put this on a future agenda for action.
