I have read through the Community Plan and I find it deficient, I do not think the City Council should endorse it.
With a massive shortage of housing units compared to those who wish to live here, the only way we will get out of that issue is through building. We need to incentivize building of house (both market and low-income). The plan is almost entirely focused on subsidized low income and has known failed policies (such as Rent Control), which push housing toward lower density, owned model
