I'm fortunate to live in an area of Santa Clara near a bike lane along Homestead Rd that I use to commute to work in Cupertino. During the pandemic I gave up my car as a way to save money and depend completely on my bicycle to get around the city. There are now some roads that I completely avoid, like Kiely Blvd and Pruneridge Ave, which are too dangerous day or night as there is no space for a cyclist. Please participate in Bike to Wherever Day to experience Santa Clara as many citizens do.
