The more I have seen these proposals as they have moved through the process the more I wonder if this is how we ended up destroying our downtown. You have some great drawings and images that are very appealing but I have seen the ones being proposed to justify leveling our downtown. We need to take a look at this, step back, take a breath and ask ourselves is this real? How can we be sure this isn't the same pipe dream the city had in the 60's? Are the pix too perfect?
