It appears that Mayor Gillmor violated the First Amendment during public comment by allowing failed City Council candidate Bob O'Keefe to have additional speaking time to expand on his unfounded accusations. The Mayor gave additional time to speak to someone who supports her views while not allowing extra time to those who oppose her.
