    Double-checking Frank Schmidt & Associates' per-acre land value trends is as simple as looking up Zillow records for individual multi-family condos (etc.) that are for sale or that have recently sold. Zillow estimates and current sale prices for all zip codes, including 95054, are up. It is disingenuous for developers to suggest otherwise.
