    The latest draft reduces the number of members to 7. A note tagged "SR3" cites: "The RTC recommendation is 7 members?" Who is SR and where is this recommendation from? Why is a reduction recommended? A smaller BPAC also reduces the size of subcommittees due to the Brown Act. That means fewer people working on reviewing police collision reports, creating story maps, roundabouts, and working on bike to shop day. It will shrink the pool of knowledge available from the current diverse BPAC.
