I support this effort but see that in 6 months, or in about August 2022, the deliverable is "A plan to end homelessness." Isn't that like "vision zero," which has turned into an unrealistic, perpetual quest for the perfect result? Why not start a parallel process to directly deliver food and health services to the homeless, where they live? Perfection is nice, but a meal, shower and a good night's sleep would be better, and taking an additional $75,000 to deliver these yields results today.
