    Though, we, the citizens of the City of Santa Clara, undoubtedly support bringing the World Cup to Santa Clara, the City should be properly reimbursed. Also, we, citizens of the City of Santa Clara, would like for the City Council to fulfill its other, non stadium, obligations in a timely fashion. Be no mistake, if the Council cannot fulfill regular, non stadium, business obligations, everyone will take note.
