    Please say the Council is not considering Rajeev Batra, the former Acting City Manager who was given poor marks, was not selected for the final City Manager position, who tried to spike his salary and pension as he left the City, and who threatened to sue the City. Otherwise all faith in the Council’s ability to conduct business for the City will be lost.
