    Today, Santa Clara News Online reported that Councilmenbers Kolstad and Mahan intend not to vote to appoint to fill the current Council vacancy at tonight’s City Council meeting. If true, and Mahan and Kolstad succeed, the consequences of their obstructionism will be disastrous for Santa Clara residents.
