    Levi's Stadium should be paying for this, not the City. Also, I agree with James Rowen's "Post Meeting Material" letter to the Council, which points out that Keven Park, Council Member for District 4, should recuse himself from any 49ers votes due to email from Jay Reed to Kevin Park saying that Reed was trying to get money for Park from the the 49ers and Park was agreeing with Reed to work with Pete Constant to interfere with the contract between the City and the 49ers.
