    Though likely that the interim city attorney will, as previously, say that the city should not take Doyle's petition, Brian Doyle's query and request make sense. After all, as stated by Raj Chalal in defense of his free ticket, hasn't every ticket card holder at every game observed "Public safety team, Fire Safety team,Traffic management team, Public safety/jails team, Food distribution operations, Ground operations, Other misc. operations teams"? Why shouldn't everyone receive free tickets?
