Can't believe how many tax-paying residents are willing to pay for Gillmor's lawsuits. Haven't we paid enough for her mistakes? The stadium that SHE brought is here, and it's not going away. She made a mistake by voting for it and she can't even own up to that. Instead, she points the finger as if she has had nothing to do with the situation she put us all in.
The current council must make a decision that cuts needless spending now for their residents.

I support the attempt to drop the City of Santa Clara's lawsuit with the 49ers for MERE "millions.' Gillmor has already spent millions of tax payers money on other lawsuits. We cannot afford to pay for her personal vendetta against the Niners for Lord knows how long. I am done watching her combat and complain about something she brought into the city; then making it the tax payer's problem. Such a politician, like Gillmor, does not deserve her position on the City Council. She needs to grow up.

I oppose the attempt to drop the City of Santa Clara's lawsuit with the 49ers for mere "millions.' Any politician who supports funneling citizens' tax money from the City to a sports team does not have Santa Clara's interests at heart. Such a politician does not deserve his or her position on the City Council.
