This property should only be sold when it will yield maximum return for the City. This obviously is not now or very soon, given the recent fire and the current economic client being one in which there is fear of recession and high inflation.
Any Council Members voting to sell at a depressed value will be remembered as having cheated the City of millions of dollars. Fencing costs are irrelevant when timing of sale can net millions of dollars more, after accounting for fencing costs.
