    Let me help: In March Mayor Gillmor wrote to Governor Newsom about a standard public-private partnering-mechanism begun in 2013 well before Ms. Gillmor was Mayor. The main concern and final paragraph states that, as the Department of Industrial Relations has not decided PW Case 2020-014 (from 2020), the Related Santa Clara project is being delayed. Everyone knows that delayed projects are eventually endangered, so this is a worthwhile concern. Painters' pay is significantly less important. Done.
