    Susan, you've just described Mayor Gillmor quite beautifully; with all her attention-stealing, event-hogging, scene-manipulating and Only-I-Get-To-Talk attitude.

    How funny. Imagine a Councilmember decides the following: "I, Councilmember BigName, declare today, but only in District X, to be Extra Special My People Day. Yay. My people. Vote for me, CouncilMember BigName. City of Santa Clara Council Councilmembers, please vote no on this strange and clownish suggestion.
